About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Surrey Hills. As a key member of our public practice team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process ASIC Company Statements, including invoicing and minutes
  • Process ASIC lodgements, including company registrations, shares transfers, and company address updates
  • Manage new corporate registers, including signing, stamping, and adding to BGL
  • Conduct company and title searches
  • Update and maintain company archives and filing corporate records
  • Enter payments received in Time and Billing
  • Scan and file lodgements in correct registers
About You
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role within an accounting practice
  • Familiarity with ASIC portal, forms, and requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
