As an Online Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet picking demand and ensure timely delivery of accurate orders to customers.
  • Lead by example and engage with colleagues to deliver Everyday ACTs - Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for colleagues and customers by adhering to store procedures.
  • Provide leadership support to the team on a daily basis and work collaboratively to achieve great outcomes.
Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with colleagues and customers at all levels.
  • Able to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and teams.
