Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Liquor Sales Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and clean store environment, and ensuring that our customers have access to a wide range of products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and make recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
Store Maintenance
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment, including the stockroom and customer areas.
  • Ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed, and that the store is well-organized and easy to navigate.
Product Knowledge
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Use this knowledge to make recommendations to customers and to answer their questions.
Teamwork
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
