Job Description:

Our bakery is seeking a skilled baker to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. As an experienced baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a wide variety of bread, rolls, pastries, and other bakery items to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining commercial baking equipment and ovens, maintaining strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards, assisting in developing and improving product recipes and processes, and working effectively as part of a team in a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery products to meet daily wholesale orders
  • Operate and maintain commercial baking equipment and ovens
  • Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
  • Assist in developing and improving product recipes and processes
  • Work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic production environment
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a baker in a commercial or high-volume setting
  • Hardworking, reliable, and able to meet production targets
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in product quality
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends if required
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling and standing for extended periods
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and a result-oriented mindset
