Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. About the Role

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality recruitment services across white-collar personnel. As a Recruitment Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Full cycle recruitment process for head office and project-based roles, including advertising, phone screening, interviews, and coordinating mobilisation requirements.
  • Collaboration with Management and project teams to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
