About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team of volunteer STEM Coaches. As a STEM Coach, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the life of a young girl, inspiring her confidence and enthusiasm for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) studies and careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor a student in a STEM area of interest
  • Provide guidance and support throughout an eight-month program
  • Attend two camps: a summer camp and a winter camp
Requirements
  • A proven interest in STEM activities
  • The ability to work with high school students
  • An understanding of and agreement to coach responsibilities
  • A valid Working with Children Check or equivalent
