Senior Employee Relations Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our People and Culture Team at RACV. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on workplace relations matters, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality advice and guidance to people leaders and employees on workplace relations matters, including relevant industrial instruments and employment-related legislation.
- Coach and support people leaders on the end-to-end management of ER/IR matters, including performance management, absence management, grievances, conduct, and behavior.
- Establish and maintain a benchmark standard for best practice workplace investigations/mediations.
- Conduct and/or support people leaders, People & Culture Business Partners, and Advisors to conduct workplace investigations/mediations fairly and consistently.
- Actively maintain knowledge of relevant industrial instruments, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and compliant application.
- Relevant qualification in HR or a related discipline.
- Experience with the Fair Work Commission will be well regarded.
- 3+ years' experience in a HR advisory position.
- Proven capability in end-to-end management of ER matters.
- Experienced in interpreting and providing advice across policies and industrial instruments, including Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
