As a Chocolate Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing daily operations and maintaining store presentation
  • Planning and executing initiatives, including rosters and marketing promotions
  • Leading by example and driving Team Members to deliver outstanding customer service and experiences
  • Managing people-related tasks, such as recruitment, training, coaching, feedback, and performance management
  • Fostering a positive work environment where team member input is encouraged and valued
  • Ensuring all standards are upheld at all times
  • Preparing and serving dessert menu items, drinks, and other food and beverage products to the highest standard

About You

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • At least two years of management experience
  • Previous hospitality or retail experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • The ability to lead and effectively communicate with a team
  • An energetic, positive attitude with a guest-focused mindset
  • A passion for hospitality and a love for the industry's energy
