Civil Engineering Leadership Opportunity

A prominent civil engineering role has arisen, seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to spearhead multidisciplinary projects.

This leadership position offers the chance to develop and manage complex civil engineering projects, including roads, rail, bridges, stormwater, and general civil engineering initiatives.

As a senior civil engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic project planning, coordination, and delivery
  • Developing and maintaining a high-performing team culture, encompassing workflow processes from feasibility to detailed design
  • Providing mentorship and coaching to junior engineers, as well as contributing to business development activities

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Professional Engineer (CPEng) certification with Engineers Australia or equivalent Professional Society
  • Civil engineering experience in a consulting environment, preferably with expertise in grading and drainage design
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take ownership and demonstrate initiative in project management
  • Familiarity with 3D design software, such as Civil 3D
