Job Opportunity

Multifaceted Quality Assurance Specialist role with a diverse product portfolio to keep you engaged. This position demands strong interpersonal relationships internally and externally, utilizing effective communication and rapport building skills to ensure quality standards and procedures are optimized.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal audits to maintain site readiness at all times.
  • Develop staff knowledge in GMP and HACCP protocols.
  • Manage various internal QA programs.
  • Respond and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Coordinate product testing with third-party service providers.
  • Create documentation and SOPs for new products.
  • Ensure product traceability from suppliers to the consumer.
  • Lead quality initiatives in the absence of management.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in food science & technology or a related field of study.
  • Quality Assurance experience within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP and GMP principles.
  • Experience with GFSI and retailer standards is highly valued.
