Engineering Operations Director

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the management, oversight, and continual improvement of engineering operations.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with strong leadership experience to contribute to the delivery of high-quality aeromedical services to rural and remote communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance activities to ensure the highest standards of airworthiness and safety are maintained.
- Coordinate and oversee fleet-wide modifications, upgrades, and maintenance programs for PC-12, PC-24 and C208 aircraft.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements, policies, and OEM guidelines.

- A strong background in aircraft maintenance leadership.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
