Job Title: Fire Safety Technical Specialist - High Salary Opportunity

About the Role:
A highly skilled Fire Safety Technical Specialist is required to join our team in a High Salary opportunity. You will play a crucial role in ensuring fire safety systems in social housing properties are compliant, safe, and meet required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections of fire safety systems and maintenance
- Provide expert advice on fire safety issues, standards, and upgrades
- Manage fire safety orders and related compliance matters
- Carry out risk-based quality assurance audits and report findings
- Liaise with councils, contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders
- Stay up to date with changes in fire safety standards and legislation

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil/Structural) OR Fire Safety accreditation
- Solid knowledge of AS 1851, BCA/NCC, Australian Standards, and fire safety legislation
- Experience with Class 2 buildings and understanding of fire safety performance
- Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
