About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate and positive Sales Associate to join our retail team at Commonry. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and maintaining a high level of stock administration standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Apply selling techniques to deliver consistent service to customers
* Build customer relationships and repeat business
* Maintain excellent stock administration standards
* Deliver and maintain VM brand standards
* Ensure housekeeping of the store and reserve and stock merchandising follow company standards and management directives

Requirements:

* Previous fashion retail experience
* Passionate about providing genuine and meaningful customer interactions
* Can-do, positive attitude to all areas of work
* Friendly, enthusiastic person who is confident talking to different customers and building relationships
* Confident to work in a fast-paced retail environment
* Well-presented and has an eye for style
