We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physiotherapist to lead our Inpatient Rehabilitation team at Beleura Private Hospital in providing high-quality physiotherapy services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a small team of Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants in delivering evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide expert mentoring, clinical guidance, and supervision for staff within the designated area.
- Develop and implement Quality Activities that enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative multidisciplinary approach to achieve optimal patient care and successful rehabilitation results.
- Contribute to the planning and development of comprehensive Rehabilitation services.
- Support effective resource management within the Physiotherapy Department.
Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a physiotherapist.
- Minimum of 7 years post-graduate experience (3+ years within a Rehabilitation setting).
- Able to design, implement, and evaluate effective physiotherapy treatment programs.
- Demonstrated ability to assess clinical outcomes and practice based on current research and evidence.
- Able to work weekends/Public Holidays on a roster basis.
