Occupational Health Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Allied Health professional to lead and coach a team of consultants in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing performance and quality, while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach a team of consultants
- Oversee team performance and quality
- IDentify barriers to return to work and design programs to assist injured employees
- Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Current vehicle and driver's license
- Minimum 2 years experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
