We are looking for Year 10 students to undertake School–based Traineeships where you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations at our Plumbing Grafton branch. The traineeship involves working in the branch while completing certificate requirements, such as workbooks, on-the-job training, and assessments.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills and knowledge in the plumbing industry. As an apprentice, you will be part of a supportive team that encourages growth and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Communicating effectively with customers and staff

About You:

We are seeking individuals who possess good written and verbal communication skills, ability to follow instructions, enthusiasm, and a great attitude. Team players with a willingness to learn and contribute to maintaining a high-standard workplace are ideal candidates.

As an apprentice with Reece Group, you can expect to work approximately one and a half days per week. Saturday availability is required, and additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to aid your progress.

An estimated salary range for this position is around $40,000 to $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
