Job Title: Trainer and Assessor - Individual Support

We are seeking a passionate and committed Trainer and Assessor to join our team at Enterprise & Training Company Limited. As a Trainer and Assessor, you will play a vital role in delivering accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring to students in the Individual Support sector.

About the Role

As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality training and assessment services to students
  • Assessing the skills and abilities of students to tailor your training offering
  • Managing your own case load and ensuring timely completion of assessments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE40116 or equivalent
  • Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Minimum 2 years' industry experience
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • A current, clear National Police Check
  • A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
