About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team as a Training Advisor - Individual Support. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by delivering flexible and practical training services to students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring to students
  • Assess the skills and abilities of students to tailor training offerings
  • Manage own case load and ensure timely completion of milestones
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40116 or equivalent
  • Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Minimum 2 years' industry experience
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • A current, clear National Police Check
  • A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
