FlexiHome Care provides a range of in-home and community care support services to disabled people of all ages. We offer tailored support services that cater to each client's needs and aspirations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver person-centred care to help clients achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Contribute to the development of Client Support Plans
  • Support clients with daily living skills, transport, social activities, medication and other needs as required

**Requirements:**

  • Completed Certificate 3 or 4 in disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, Nursing
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply)
  • At least 6 months experience in disability, aged care or nursing sector

**Desirable Attributes:**

  • Proactive, initiative-taking and eager to learn
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organisation skills
