Facilities Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our campus.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organized individual to lead and support the day-to-day operations of our facilities team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily tasks and schedules for the facilities and grounds team
  • Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with WHS standards
  • Assist the Business Manager in scheduling works across the college
  • Manage maintenance schedules and oversee asset upkeep
  • Contribute to risk assessments and safety inspections

To be successful in this position, you will bring relevant experience and skills in facility and grounds management, project management, and WHS qualifications. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and administrative abilities.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and make informed decisions, while also being able to contribute to operational plans and review policies. A high level of flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks is essential for this role.
