About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nursing Leader in our aged care services. As a Clinical Nursing Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents while also leading and mentoring our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor nursing staff: Provide guidance and support to ensure that our nursing staff deliver the highest standard of care to our residents.
  • Clinical leadership: Take charge of clinical services and develop, implement and evaluate resident care plans to meet individual needs.
  • Resident-focused care: Get to know each resident and become a fundamental part of their life, advocating for their quality of life and ensuring that their care meets their individual goals.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with medical and allied health professionals, as well as residents' family members, to coordinate care and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Supervision and support: Supervise and support Personal Care Workers to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements
