About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will work across operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, improve reliability, and contribute to capital projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a strong safety culture through active engagement in initiatives and programs.
  • Support operations in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Design and implement processes and systems that ensure compliance with standards.
  • Facilitate maintenance analysis (RCA, FMEA) to drive reliability improvements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and plant optimisation projects.
  • Assist in preparing business cases and justifications for capital initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Process, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles with practical application.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Experience in maintenance, operations, or process improvement is desirable.
