About the Opportunity

IEPro Recruitment is working with a leading national civil contractor to find a skilled Site Engineer to join their team. This company is committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects that benefit the communities they serve.

The Role
  • Identify and resolve problems, report losses, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures to ensure project success
  • Plan and coordinate on-site construction activities to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Procure materials and services to support project delivery
  • Forecast and manage project budgets to ensure financial stability
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a Site Engineer on civil construction projects in Australia
  • Previous experience working on main road projects in Australia, including DTMR, TfNSW, and MRWA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
