Senior Landscaping Manager Position

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team in maintaining and enhancing the outdoor spaces at our large Castle Hill seniors village.

As Senior Landscaping Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and quality delivery of all grounds, lawns, and garden services across multiple sites.

You will manage internal teams and contractors, ensure exceptional horticultural standards, and maintain safe and sustainable green spaces that meet resident expectations.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and experienced leader with strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape maintenance, and seasonal care requirements.

They will have proven leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of grounds and gardening staff to achieve excellent results in lawn and garden maintenance, landscaping, and other related tasks.
  • Developing and implementing detailed maintenance schedules, planting guides, and seasonal plans to ensure high-quality results and minimize downtime.
  • Managing relationships with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborating with facilities and asset teams to plan and implement capital works and improvement projects.
  • Representing the organization at resident and stakeholder meetings to ensure effective communication and community engagement.
