Project Fabrication Manager

Job Overview:

The Project Fabrication Manager is responsible for providing technical expertise, coordinating projects, and identifying new business opportunities.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance related to projects during the tendering and estimating process.
  • Coordinate projects efficiently.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects.
  • Closing negotiations prior to project award.
  • Audit proposals for both new and existing quotes.
  • Prepare metal take-offs and fabrication details for projects.
  • Liaise between clients and the workshop to ensure project progress.

Key Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, mechanical engineering, and welding processing.
  • Experience as a Project Coordinator.
  • Proven track record in similar roles with relevant background.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in sales, contract management, and negotiation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
  • Ability to communicate clear instructions to internal and external stakeholders.
