Job Overview

This role is suited for an experienced Technical Salesforce Solutions Lead who can design robust solutions on the Salesforce platform, manage customer expectations, and guide the delivery team towards successful project outcomes. We're looking for customer-centric individuals who align with our culture and values.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with consulting teams and clients to understand requirements and design tailored solutions that meet long-term objectives.
  • Maintain Salesforce certifications associated with platform knowledge and architecture.
  • Share knowledge and experience with other J4RVIS team members to ensure collective growth.
  • Participate in pre-sales solution engineering workshops to provide architecture and design expertise to potential clients.
