The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to perform accurate financial reconciliations. They will oversee all aspects of accounts receivable and debtor management processes, including invoicing, billing and payment processing.
They will also work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, managing multiple tasks and demonstrating a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing high-volume accounts, processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Overseeing accounts receivable and debtor management processes, including invoicing, billing and payment processing.
- Collaborating with the finance team to support monthly reporting and financial analysis.
The preferred qualifications and experience include:
- Relevant qualifications or industry experience in bookkeeping, accounting or finance.
- Proven experience in high-volume accounts receivable or debtor management, ideally in the education sector.
- Strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to perform accurate financial reconciliations.
