Job Title: Accounting Professional

Our finance team is currently on the hunt for an enthusiastic and values-driven accounting professional to support day-to-day accounting operations.
This role is ideal for someone with strong numerical skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for accuracy.
You'll play a vital part in maintaining financial records, assisting in reconciliations, and ensuring smooth financial processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable including invoice entry, handling supplier queries and internal stakeholders.
- A key point of contact for invoicing and accounts queries.
- Accountable for aged care division invoice processing.
- Contribute to a friendly and collaborative environment with a continuous improvement approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in accounts payable and data entry.
- Solid skill in computerised accounting systems, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Confidence working independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Motivation to learn and a genuine customer service focus.
- Experience in a large organisation or similar scale finance system.
