Job Title: Ophthalmic Support SpecialistOphthalmic Support Specialists provide high-quality patient service and administrative support to specialist eye care professionals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet patients
  • Answer telephones
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Coordinate with hospitals and book theatre lists
  • Prepare and manage patient accounts
  • Accept and receipt payments
  • Perform audio typing
  • Use medical software
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mature, professional manner
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a small team
  • High computer literacy
  • Experience using medical software
  • Fast, accurate typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
