Job Title: Residential Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers. In this role, you will provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to planning and implementing individualized support plans
Requirements
  • Diploma or certificate in disability studies, community services, or a related field (desired)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance or willingness to obtain one
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module certificate of completion
  • Employee Working with Children Check (Victorian)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Valid Victorian Driver's License
