Cellar and Logistics Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee the smooth operation of our logistics and cellar management.

This role involves managing dock schedules, leading a team, overseeing stock control, maintaining food safety and WHS compliance, and liaising with suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate dock schedules to avoid congestion and double-ups
  • Lead a small team to deliver top-notch logistics and cellar operations
  • Manage stock control, including ordering, receiving, rotation, and storage
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and workplace health and safety
  • Liaise daily with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Keep accurate records and reports to support operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • Experience in logistics, cellar operations, or stock control (hospitality experience an advantage)
  • Strong coordination skills in shared or multi-tenant dock environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of food safety standards (certification or willingness to obtain)
  • Forklift competency (or willingness to learn)
  • RSA certification
  • Bonus points for experience with beer lines, gas, or postmix systems, scheduling/traffic flow management, or data analysis skills
