Senior Supply Chain Manager

This role offers flexibility to work from home or the office, supporting wellbeing while staying connected with a collaborative team.

  • Optimize product flow to meet customer demand and lead a high-performing team of supply planners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless coordination, drive efficiency through process improvements, and manage planning parameters.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support long-term business goals and contribute to continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound product flow and optimize processes to meet customer needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of six supply planners.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders for effective collaboration.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies throughout the supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain or planning roles.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and motivating teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
