Key Responsibilities- Train and Develop Frontline Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to frontline staff to ensure they meet sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Meet Sales Targets: Meet new member and growth targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Provide Exceptional Guest Experience: Provide exceptional guest experiences in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests.
- Lead Generation: Assist in lead generation through digital and traditional marketing activities.
- Tour Conduct: Conduct tours of the centre/facility as necessary to turn prospective members/guests into ongoing members.
- Roster Management: Set rosters in line with business budgets.
- Reporting: Compile and present monthly reports.
- Experience in Sales and Customer-Facing Environment: Proven experience in a sales and customer-facing environment, preferably in the health, fitness, leisure, or recreation industry.
- Team Leadership: Experience leading teams in the health, fitness, leisure, or recreation industries is highly regarded.
- Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business needs and processes, including KPIs, budgets, and service standards.
- Interpersonal Skills: A people person with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to motivate and inspire teams to reach targets.
- Flexibility: Flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends.
- Certifications: National Police Check and Working with Children Check, First aid and CPR.
