Retail Mortgage Broker Job Overview

As a Retail Mortgage Broker, you will be part of a thriving business that helps Australians achieve their property dreams. You will work primarily from a retail store, managing enquiries, providing lending advice to customers, and guiding them through the home loan application process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage phone, online and walk-in enquiries
  • Provide lending advice to customers
  • Guide customers through the home loan application process
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH YOUR COMMUNITY TO DRIVE REFERRALS AND GROW YOUR PIPELINE
Key Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willing to obtain)
  • Prior experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous but full training is provided
  • A background in sales or customer service will help you succeed in this role
  • A strong drive to build a successful mortgage broking business
