Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Haematology Outpatient Unit. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of treatment plans.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Provide chemotherapy management and IV cannulation services.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Qualifications
  • Degree-qualified Registered Nurse with current Authority to Practice.
  • Recent experience in Cancer Services Nursing, with demonstrated competence in chemotherapy management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
