Tyre Technician

Otraco International, a world-leading provider of Earthmover/Off-road tyre management services, is seeking an experienced Tyre Technician to join our team at the Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines (KCGM) operation in Kalgoorlie, WA.

As a Tyre Technician, you will be responsible for working in a team environment on a range of machinery, predominately CAT fleet 793's, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our tyre management services.

• Perform tyre fitting and maintenance on heavy machinery
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational goals
• Ensure adherence to site safety procedures and protocols
• Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise in tyre fitting and maintenance

• Minimum 2 years of Earthmover tyre fitting experience on mine sites
• Certificate II in Automotive Mechanical Tyre Fitting Heavy; AUR21916/AUR21920 (essential)
• A current WorkSafe forklift (LF) licence
• Must have HR Drivers Licence
• Possess a high level of initiative and the ability to work well under pressure
• An understanding that safety is paramount, with a high attention to detail to abide by site safety procedures
• Ability to work autonomously
