Job Overview

The Workplace Coordinator will provide operational support to the Workplace Experience Manager in various areas including accounting, finance, maintenance, and vendor oversight.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants
  • Participating in meetings and social events
  • Ensuring compliance with client procurement guidelines and company best practices
  • Coordinating purchase orders and vendor management
  • Collaborating with the finance team to ensure financial processes are followed
  • Responding to health and safety issues and coordinating responses
  • Conducting daily site inspections to ensure critical infrastructure is operational

This role requires prior experience in a similar field or related knowledge, along with strong communication skills, ability to manage pressure, and attention to detail.
