Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Calvary Care, one of Australia's largest health care providers.

Salary Package

Key Responsibilities
  • Holistic Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Developing and Implementing Care Plans: Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to create and implement care plans that promote patient safety and well-being.
  • Coordinating Care: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Emergency Response and Crisis Management: Respond effectively to emergencies and crises, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
  • Supervising and Mentoring Junior Staff: Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, fostering their growth and development within the team.
Requirements
  • AHPRA Registration;
  • Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting;
  • Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently, and in an organized manner during periods of high demand and activity;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team;
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills;
