This is a leading role in fabrication or mechanical piping with strong organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating daily workflow, prioritising jobs to meet project deadlines
  • Managing procurement and stock control of materials
  • Supervising team members including fabricators, welders, storemen and apprentices
  • Delivering staff training and mentoring, driving quality and safety culture
  • Reviewing job specifications, estimating time and materials, supporting quote preparation
  • Overseeing workshop equipment maintenance, compliance and servicing schedules
  • Ensuring fabricated products meet Australian Standards and internal quality benchmarks

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in fabrication or mechanical piping. Strong communication and people management skills are essential for success in this role.
