Job Title

We are a dedicated service provider committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Assist with mobility and transportation needs.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
