Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out daily tasks including boat detailing, maintenance, and repairs
  2. Ensure vessels are launched and retrieved on time
  3. Conduct routine inspections and perform necessary services
  4. Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal inventory
  5. Prepare vessels for scheduled maintenance and antifouling applications

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of vessel construction and maintenance practices, basic tool operation skills, and experience working with hand and power tools.

  • A forklift license and current boat license are preferred but not essential
  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills are highly valued
  • Australian residency is required
  • Knowledge of workplace safety, health, quality, and environmental standards is essential
