Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Analyst to join our Infrastructure & Utilities team. This role will involve driving project execution, participating in transactions, and building financial models.

The successful candidate will have experience in investment banking, M&A, or related fields, with strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive project execution and lead deal teams
  • Participate in the execution of equity and debt financing and M&A transactions
  • Perform in-depth financial, valuation, product, and industry analysis, and due diligence
  • Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and help create live deal materials
Requirements:
  • Investment Banking experience in transport, infrastructure, power, or utilities, or M&A
  • Outstanding academic achievement
  • Modelling experience and detailed market sector knowledge
  • Detailed oriented with strong quantitative and analytical skills
