About the Role
  • We seek a seasoned Treasury professional to develop and execute comprehensive funding and liquidity strategies, including securitisation programs and alternative structures.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing balance sheet risk within established risk appetite.
  • You will oversee investment portfolio management, asset allocation, and surplus funds.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, RITS/Austraclear operations, and ALCO reporting.
  • Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to identify and manage financial risks across market, liquidity, and funding.
  • Enhance treasury systems, processes, and policies to align with business scale and regulatory expectations.
About You
  • You must have a proven track record in senior Treasury roles within banking or financial services, with broad exposure across funding, securitisation, and balance sheet management.
  • A strong understanding of APRA Prudential Standards, ALCO reporting, and regulatory requirements is essential.
  • You should be experienced in engaging with external funding markets, regulators, and executive leadership.
  • A strategic thinker who brings rigour, resilience, and stakeholder influence is required.
  • The successful candidate must meet APRA Fit & Proper criteria for a Responsible Person.
