Graduate Speech Pathologist Opportunity

Better Rehab is seeking passionate graduate speech pathologists to join our industry-leading graduate program in Melbourne. You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop your clinical expertise and help participants with disability achieve their goals.

As a speechie in our team, you will conduct meaningful assessments, design impactful therapy plans, and collaborate with a committed multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions for clients. You will work in diverse environments, from clients' homes to day centres, parks, and our clinic rooms.

Support and Development

You'll receive comprehensive induction sessions, mentorship, and ongoing training to help you navigate all areas of working with Better Rehab. You'll also have access to study leave, resources, and flexible work arrangements to support your growth as a clinician.

  • Induction: Comprehensive introduction to community practice, NDIS, and life at Better Rehab.
  • Supervision: Mentorship by a discipline-specific 1:1 supervisor.
  • Ongoing Training: 6 months of dedicated induction, training, and upskilling.
  • Study Leave: 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year.
  • Resources: Laptop, phone, and therapy and assessment resources.

About You

We're looking for speechies with a genuine interest in supporting participants with disability who get restless when they see room for improvement. You will hold tertiary qualifications in speech pathology, a valid driver's license, and personal vehicle, an NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willing to obtain).
