- Conduct assessments and design therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients' homes to day centres, parks, and clinic rooms.
- Collaborate with a committed multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions for your clients.
- Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.

You will be supported throughout your journey with mentorship, supervision, and ongoing training. You will also have access to resources such as laptops, phones, and therapy and assessment equipment.
Join us and take advantage of our Better Flex Policy, which allows you to personalise your work schedule and style. Our rewards program offers bonus pay or extra leave, redeemable points for PD, gadgets, and experiences, and paid parental leave.
As a speech pathologist at our organisation, you will work with participants who require support with communication, language, mealtime, dysphagia, aphasia, and AAC. You will help individuals from age 6 to 65, creating meaningful relationships and witnessing the lasting impact of your work.
What makes us better? We trust our clinicians and show it by giving them autonomy and resources to make a difference. We value ourselves and others, striving for excellence in all that we do.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026.
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willing to obtain).
At our organisation, we believe in supporting your growth and development as a clinician. Our graduate-specific induction sessions provide a comprehensive introduction to community practice, the NDIS, and life at our organisation.
- Support: You'll be surrounded by colleagues who support you through challenges, including a buddy from last year's graduate cohort to answer questions and provide guidance.
- Supervision: Mentorship by a discipline-specific 1:1 Supervisor to help you navigate all areas of working with us, including your transition into full-time work within your new office.
- Ongoing Training: 6 months of dedicated induction, training, and upskilling to set you up for the rest of the program and your future career.
- Study Leave: 4 full days paid study leave per calendar year.
- Resources: The works - laptop, phone, and all of our sites have therapy and assessment resources ready to grab and go.
At our organisation, we've created an environment where you can personalise your work style and schedule. Want to split your time between online, in-clinic, and community work? We're here to prioritise whatever makes you the best clinician you can be.
- Better Flex Policy: Flexible hours and the opportunity to flex off when you've completed your client work.
- Clear KPIs: Realistic, achievable, and sustainable monthly targets.
