Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects within secure environments.

Essential Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship
  • NV1 Australian Government Security Clearance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills

The role requires a degree in project management, engineering, business, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, preferably within the Defence sector or in a similarly regulated environment is required.

Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders is essential.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role.

This position involves working on high-priority projects that require coordination with various stakeholders.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standard.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to think critically.

A valid NV1 security clearance is a requirement for this role.
