Financial Management Specialist

As a key member of the finance team, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial support to ensure the smooth execution of the Enterprise Partnering Agreement (EPA) and other programs.
- Provide end-to-end financial assistance to ensure program success.
- Establish and manage monthly financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth.
- Develop IFRS 15 documentation and ensure revenue recognition aligns with industry standards.
- Review and validate estimates to complete on each task, ensuring accurate project timelines.
- Complete variance analysis reports (VARs) monthly to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a comprehensive summary of all EPA tasking orders for a whole-program financial overview.
- Manage customer financial reporting requirements, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Monitor and report on KPIs for "fee at risk," driving informed decision-making.
- Generate invoicing to facilitate timely payment and cash flow management.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including internal and external customers, to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
