Job Title: Clinical Practitioner
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at a reputable hospital in Western Australia.
- Delivering high-quality patient care through assessments, planning, coordination, and evaluation of patient needs.
- Administering medications according to registration requirements and organisational policies.
- Maintaining a respectful and equal approach while meeting patient care needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhering to a seven-day rotating roster for this role.
About You:
To succeed in this position, you must possess a strong clinical skillset within a hospital setting, with current General Medical and Rehabilitation experience. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- A minimum of 12 months' experience working in General Medical or Rehabilitation.
- Ability to use initiative, self-motivation, and work as a team member with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of and participation in Quality Improvement processes.
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge consistent with contemporary practice.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation.
