Warehouse Supervisor - Inventory Management

At Inghams, we're committed to delivering delicious food that's always good. We're looking for a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Edinburgh, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the warehouse's operations, focusing on receivals, dispatch, ingredient and packaging management, and inventory control.
  • Coordinate with transport companies, manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), and ensure compliance with safety procedures through self-audits.
  • Work collaboratively with planning, production, cross-functional teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics, warehousing, or previous management experience is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision with a strong understanding of receivals, dispatch, inventory management, 3PL operations, and SCAR handling.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
