Zeller is a leading provider of innovative financial services solutions. We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations and Support Professional to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the post-closing stages of the sales funnel, ensuring a seamless experience for our merchants. This includes building a deep knowledge of our product, managing implementations, and delivering training and instructions to enable merchants to meet their go-live timelines.

You'll work closely with our sales team to identify and address blockers or obstacles during the implementation cycle, managing partner communication and creating strategies to improve the process.

To be successful in this role, you must have outstanding time management skills, be able to learn quickly, think fast on your feet, and be adept at problem-solving. You should also be technically-minded, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and possess a positive attitude.

This is a customer-facing role that involves remote and in-person interactions with merchants, as well as administrative responsibilities. If you're passionate about delivering an amazing onboarding experience and driving efficiency in the implementation process, we'd love to hear from you

  • Manage deals processing > $250K from close through to transacting who require implementation support.
  • Deliver training and instructions to enable merchants to meet their go-live timeline.
  • Identify and address blockers or obstacles during the implementation cycle, manage partner communication, and create strategies to improve the process.
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates and feature releases to become an expert in our growing product ecosystem.
  • Track merchant interaction in Hubspot CRM.
  • Provide regular feedback and maintain relationships with internal teams to ensure we deliver a great product and service to our customers.
